Inside the building, residents will be provided use of:

• A laundry room with coin operated washers and dryers which is located on the second floor for residents' convenience.

• A state of the art computer lab with Internet access

• A lounge and recreation room which available for daily use or can be reserved for celebrations, social gatherings, family events or etc.

• An outdoor patio which is accessible by stairs or lift, to accommodate those who may prefer it.  The patio, furnished with tables and chairs, gives a garden atmosphere in the center of the city.

• Two passenger elevators are located in the first floor elevator lobby to serve all eight floors. Stairways are located near both elevators.

• All corridors are carpeted and have handrails
